A true story about the new Grinch who stole Christmas. Our son graduated from high school in June 2010, Rodan Jewellers donated a $500.00 gift citificate, and his name was chosen. He saved the cirtificate until he came home from University at Christmas to do his shopping. In the time he was away the store and name had been sold. The new owners refused to honor the citificate as it had been issued by the previous owner!!! Well folks when you buy a company including its name you are resposible for payables from the previous owner. Many calls to try and talk to the new owners were met with no help from the store manager. Very poor customer relations....
