Jason at Omega jewellers was extremely helpful to my family after my mother passed away-he gave us values and opinions on several occasions to help us figure out the jewellery she left us, and I might add he did so with no charge at all. We greatly appreciated the time he took out of his busy schedule for us and I would not hesitate to purchase from him in the future....

I took a ring in that had been left to me by my grandmother to have a couple diamonds replaced and claws repaired.When I picked it up i was not happy with the claws and the way the stones looked as they wheremuch different than the others. I complained and the girl there got quit rude with me and said they would do nother that there was nothing wrong with it. I had it inspected at another jewellery store and discovered they had replaced the stones with a synthetic diamond but charged me for the real thing. The claws where also very messy and did not look at all the way it had when I took it in. I once again returned to the store and both the woman and the man where there. The told me the other jeweller had lied and there was nothing wrong with the ring it was the same as when i had brot it in. They got very rude with me and told me to leave.I had it looked at then again at another store in a different town and they confirmed to me the stones where indeed fakes that where replaced.I am at my wits end and dont know what else i can do. All I can say is i will never purchase there again and have told everyone my story that will listen. Stay away unless you want to get taken for your hard erned cash. ...
